In September I have agreed to walk on fire.
Two meters of burning hot coals will lie before me and with bare feet I must cross it.
This is all being done in the name of charity. All to raise money to help ensure no-one has to go without food.
This is my ideal form of fundraising it requires very little training and almost no physical activity on my part. As a bonus it sounds dangerous and looks impressive.
My only concern is that Wikipedia lists having wet feet as both a way to avoid injury and a way to increase chance of injury. I’ll worry about it more, closer to the time.
